Vehicle acceptance / process optimization of the SCHuMET GmbH in Kusterdingen, Salzbergen and Grand-Couronne

As part of the vehicle acceptance tests, we carry out individual vehicle acceptance tests for small vehicle manufacturers. These approvals include, for example, special conversions, armored vehicles or vehicles from international vehicle manufacturers. In this context, we often also take on the creation of individual acceptance documents up to and including outsourcing the entire quality assurance.

For some customers, we take on process optimization or the digitization of individual processes in production or across the entire company. For some of these OEMs, we also take over the vehicle transfer or simple field tests in the event of capacity bottlenecks.

We can handle a variety of tasks in your quality assurance process and help you to optimize and manage them. All tasks can be done in our cleanroom. We have sufficient storage at hand for our clients with space for up to 400 pallets.

With SCHuMET's know-how as an effective rework company, we have the opportunity to carry out simple reworking both in-house and at the customer's site.

Measuring Technology

Through our state-of-the-art equipment, we find the best solutions to all your challenges. In our airconditioned measuring room, we can do single as well as series of measurements. Whether measuring in micromechanics or bigger parts – we work, test and measure precise and with great care.

Microblast Technique

Microblast Technique allows us to treat surfaces very gently or to clean them. With the dry and finely adjusted microblast process, the precisely-defined grains of 40μm or bigger are shot at the surface by compressed air.
