Due to years of cooperation with well-known automotive suppliers such as Robert Bosch or the cooperation with OEMs located around the world, in recent years we have been able to expand our service portfolio specifically to meet the requirements of such companies.

As a service provider, we are usually integrated into the process chain at an early stage and take over the entire software flashing for the SOP through to the series production of small series. Furthermore, we are always available for our customers if such a problem arises during or after a running production. We are also happy to take on reflashing or control unit diagnostics on our premises or at your customers' premises.

We have our own equipment here, especially for the quick support of our customers. Nevertheless, in many cases it often makes sense to use the customer's equipment that has already been tested and configured. We are always ready for new topics and are happy to adapt our processes, our equipment or the premises to your needs. We do not shy away from new investments as a basis for long-term cooperation.

We can handle a variety of tasks in your quality assurance process and help you to optimize and manage them. All tasks can be done in our cleanroom. We have sufficient storage at hand for our clients with space for up to 400 pallets.

With SCHuMET's know-how as an effective rework company, we have the opportunity to carry out simple reworking both in-house and at the customer's site.

Measuring Technology

Through our state-of-the-art equipment, we find the best solutions to all your challenges. In our airconditioned measuring room, we can do single as well as series of measurements. Whether measuring in micromechanics or bigger parts – we work, test and measure precise and with great care.

Microblast Technique

Microblast Technique allows us to treat surfaces very gently or to clean them. With the dry and finely adjusted microblast process, the precisely-defined grains of 40μm or bigger are shot at the surface by compressed air.
